Blue torch gas infrared radiator belongs to premixed gas surface combustion. The pre-mixed gas air mixture flows to the burner head and burns on the fabric surface layer with uniform air permeability. Combustion proceeds in two ways, infrared radiation and blue flame. Infrared heat radiation means that combustible mixture burns inside the fabric, the fabric is heated to incandescent state, and part of the heat is released by radiation.
The blue flame mode is that the combustible mixture burns above the fabric, the flame floats blue on the surface, and the heat is released by convection. Due to the uniform permeability of the material fabric and the uniform premixing of gas and air, the combustion is very stable and the temperature distribution is uniform, and there is no local high temperature, so the generation of NOx is suppressed. First, infrared heater radiation principle
